In 1962, the Late Shri Chander Ahuja, in collaboration with his brothers, established Ahuja Shoe Company in a modest shop located in Janpath, the central hub of Delhi. Attracting notable patrons such as Indira Gandhi, Dimple Kapadia, and Manoj Kumar, our enterprise experienced rapid growth. In 1983, Ahuja Shoe Company underwent a strategic transformation, becoming Ahuja Super, with a refined focus on premium leather footwear and handbags.
The year 1992 marked a significant milestone as we transitioned from Janpath to Greater Kailash 1, inaugurating a store on the ground floor, positioned just beneath our residence on the second floor. While maintaining our commitment to leather goods, our product line gradually expanded to encompass women's occasionwear, giving rise to the inception of Madame Exclusive.
Recognizing the burgeoning potential of the occasionwear industry in India, our business evolved to specialize in women's occasionwear, encompassing an array of offerings from suits and shararas to lehengas and sarees.
Today, Madame Exclusive presents a diverse collection featuring handbags, costume jewelry, and women's occasionwear. With approximately 65% of our clientele comprising repeat customers and numerous testimonials from satisfied patrons who have entrusted us with their clothing and accessories needs for several years, we celebrate our 33rd year by extending a portion of our collection to you through our online platform.
